The stuff people ask us first.
No. Clutch is skill based competition. You pay an entry fee, you play, and the prize pool goes to the players who perform. There is no betting on other people and nothing is decided by chance.
Submit a screenshot of the final result in the app. If the other side disagrees, they can file a dispute within a short window and a moderator reviews the evidence.
If they never submit a result and never dispute within the window, you advance automatically. If a tournament is canceled or does not fill, entry fees are refunded to your Vault.

Prizes are credited to your Vault once results are official. From there you request a withdrawal. Every withdrawal is reviewed and logged before it is sent, and you can see its status in your transaction history.
